From SaaS that takes payments to platforms for established networks — real projects, in production.

Problem
Real-estate agents lose leads on pages that don't convert.
What I did
A complete SaaS: renders the real page, analyzes it with a vision LLM, generates an audit + screenshot + downloadable PDF. Free teaser → paid report (€19 / €49) → upsell.
Result
From idea to a product that takes payments — payments, emails, AI — in a few days.
Problem
France's #1 cultural & educational podcast network needed custom tools.
What I did
Podcreators: a full platform for creators — frontend, API, authentication, Docker deployment. Plus a React Native / Expo app and internal tools.
Result
~42 podcasts, ~2M plays/month, on Spotify, Apple, Deezer.

Problem
FCLEC needed a complete production system, from the field to the back-office.
What I did
Full-stack architecture, leading a team. React Native app (e-signature, PDF, OTA), Java/Spring backend, web back-office, multi-environment Docker.
Result
A professional product, delivered end-to-end.
