Problem

Real-estate agents lose leads on pages that don't convert — without knowing why.

What I did

I designed and launched a full SaaS: it renders the prospect's real page, analyzes it with a vision LLM (strict JSON output), and generates an audit + screenshot + downloadable PDF. Complete funnel: free teaser → paid report (€19 / €49) → done-for-you upsell.

Result

From idea to a live product that takes payments — payments, emails, AI, the whole funnel — in a few days. Proof that I build things that make money.

Problem

France's #1 cultural & educational podcast network needed custom tools for its creators and internal operations.

What I did

I built Podcreators — a complete web platform for creators: frontend + API + full authentication system + Docker deployment (containerized frontend & API, deployment docs). Plus a React Native / Expo mobile app, an invoicing tool and internal tooling. Grew from junior to applications engineer.

Result

PodK: France's #1 cultural & educational podcast network — ~42 podcasts, ~2M plays/month, distributed on Spotify / Apple / Deezer. (source: podk.fr)

Problem

FCLEC needed a complete production system for internal operations — from the field to the back-office.

What I did

Architect and lead of a full-stack system, steering a team of developers. React Native / Expo mobile app: Redux + redux-persist, React Query, Firebase Crashlytics, e-signature, PDF generation, camera / location / contacts / notifications, OTA updates, encryption. Java / Spring backend (API + PDF reports), web back-office + control panel, MySQL database, multi-environment Docker deployment (QA / prod), monitoring.

Result

A professional product delivered end-to-end — full-stack architecture, team leadership, multi-environment deployment.

I'm a mobile developer first — and I also build web, SaaS and AI features. Founder of AATMD (a Rennes-based micro-business), EPITECH student, I work remotely across France.
